PATSY EUBANKS OWENS
Patsy Eubanks
Owens is an Associate Professor of Landscape
Architecture in the Department of Environmental
Design. Her research interests focus on the
relationships between people and the outdoor
environment. Specifically, her work examines the
role of the physical environment in the
development, health, and well-being of youth and
methods for community involvement in design
decision-making.
